Royal icing is typically made from beaten egg whites and confectioners sugar. It can be used to ice cookies and even handmade sprinkles. Instead of egg whites, we make vegan meringue powder from powdered aquafaba meringues, or meringue d'eau™ powder. Each tube comes with 12 decorating drops and a 1/4 cup of sprinkles, enough to decorate 6 large cupcakes or 12 mini cupcakes, with plenty of sprinkles left over.
Ingredients: organic aquafaba, organic raw cane sugar, organic maple sugar, cream of tartar, natural pigments from spirulina and carrots.
