Confectioners sugar is a staple in baking, whether it gets whipped into icings, folded into creams or sprinkled on top as a finishing sugar We pulverize organic raw cane sugar with organic maple crystals and sift in arrowroot powder, instead of the usual cornstarch, to prevent the sugar from caking. Then we add a touch of vanilla bean for good measure. Meringueshop blend is most similar to white confectioners sugar.
