Q: Is the kitchen certified gluten free?

A: We bake in a production kitchen that uses best practices to keep wheat and gluten products segregated. All meringueshop products are free from gluten.

Q: Are your products certified Kosher?

A: Yes, all of our products are pareve and kosher-certified through OK Kosher Supervision.

Q: Are you a dedicated nut-free facility?

A: Yes, we do not use any tree nuts or peanuts in our facility.

Q: How are meringues vegan, don't they usually have eggs?

A: We use aquafaba to make our meringues, which is derived from organic chickpea broth that we make from scratch. There are no eggs in our meringues, that's the magic!
